About Me
Hi, I’m Tamim Khanjahan, the creator of Fitintone.
In 2023, I was overweight and struggling with body shaming. I avoided going outside and felt self-conscious about my body. But instead of letting this hold me back, I decided to take control of my health. Through consistent home workouts and focused nutrition, I lost 9 kg of body fat and gained muscle in just five months. My transformation wasn’t just physical—it changed my confidence and mindset as well.
I know what it’s like to feel uncertain about where to start, or even if you can make a change, especially when the gym feels like an intimidating space. That’s why I created Fitintone—to share everything I’ve learned and help others transform their bodies and lives in a way that’s both realistic and sustainable.
